How to create a business, how to manage it, who the business is for, who the customers will be, who the partners will be, and what resources are needed to establish the business—these were the questions participants explored and answered during a two-and-a-half-month program.
A personalized approach and thorough study were applied to each participant’s idea.
“The most important question is: Where is it profitable to establish this business? In my case, I plan to open my small bakery shop in the Erebuni administrative district. We also conducted a survey, based on which we created a business plan outlining the expenses and expected profitability for the first year. I initially presented this business plan and won a grant of 400,000 AMD,” shares M. Semyonova.
With the grant, she plans to purchase equipment necessary for bread and pastry production.
“I need a dough mixer, ovens, tables, cabinets, a chamber for dough to rise, and other essentials,” she says.
Although the provided amount will not cover everything, Marina remains optimistic—she will start with what is possible within the budget.
