Apres Margaryan, head of the “Artsakh Cultural Preservation Center” NGO, notes that displaced cultural collectives have decided to continue their activities in Armenia under their former names and compositions, rather than dissolving into existing groups. To this end, their NGO was established, uniting 11 groups. They are currently submitting proposals to various foundations and state bodies to secure funding. The Artsakh cultural groups are open to becoming separate divisions within existing cultural institutions in Armenia and are also willing to organize activities in the regions to fill local gaps.
